The following are typical questions we get asked. If yours isn't included please use the contact form to pose your question, we're sure others will want to know the same thing.
When will I receive my Race Number, ChampionChip and Race Booklet
We will be sending these out in the second week of May 2010.
Can I exchange my Race Number?
You can change your race number up until Monday 3rd May 2010 via
plymouthhm@raceahead.co.uk
. A charge of £2.50 will be made. After this date, numbers issued to the original entrant will be deemed to be the person competing in the event.
Can I cancel or carry over my entry?
We regret that once entry applications have been processed we cannot refund any entry fee
if you do not eventually take part, nor can we carry forward your entry to the following
year’s event
If I have a medical condition or I am on medication how can I inform the race organisers?
You can send this information to

this information will be treated as confidential and only shared with the Medical Manager.
You can also mark the front of your race number with a Red Cross and fill in the details requested on the back of the race number. Please ensure you place an emergency contact.
How far is the railway station from the Start / Finish area?
The Railway Station is about a 30 minute walk and is best accessed by walking Armada Way (north to south) which takes you directly to The Hoe.
