When will I receive my Race Number, ChampionChip and Race Booklet
We will be sending these out in the second week of May 2012
Can I exchange or defer my Race Number?
Race Numbers are issued to the individual completing the application and they cannot be sold or transferred.
Registered half marathon entrants who do not want to run must notify us if they want to defer their place to the 2013 race via email to plymouthhm@raceahead.co.uk by 31st December 2011. Any deferral emails received after the 31st December 2011 will not be deferred to the 2013 race. The rate that must be paid to defer a half marathon place to the 2013 race is £15 which must be paid by cheque by 1st October 2012.
We regret that once entry applications have been processed we cannot refund any entry fee.
If I have a medical condition or I am on medication how can I inform the race organisers?
You are asked for this information on the online entry form.
You can also send this information to plymouthhm@raceahead.co.uk this information will be treated as confidential and only shared with the Medical Manager.
You can also mark the front of your race number with a Red Cross and fill in the details requested on the back of the race number. Please ensure you place an emergency contact.
How far is the railway station from the Start / Finish area?
The Railway Station is about a 30 minute walk and is best accessed by walking Armada Way (north to south) which takes you directly to The Hoe.
